Return Policy

  1. In cases where a refund is to be issued to the BUYER due to a return request or the inability to supply the ordered product for various reasons, the refund procedure according to the payment options is as follows:
  2. Refund Procedure for Credit Card Payment Options:

    If the purchase was made by credit card and in installments, the BUYER will receive the refund in installments, matching the number of installments used to purchase the product.

    Once the SELLER has paid the total product amount to the bank in one transaction, the bank will credit the BUYER’s credit card in installments, in line with the initial payment schedule.

    This procedure is in place to prevent any disadvantage to the involved parties.

    If there is no overlap between the refund date and the card’s billing cycle, one installment will be refunded to the card each month, and the BUYER will continue to receive refunds equivalent to the number of installments initially paid, reducing their outstanding balance accordingly.

    If goods and services purchased by card are returned, the SELLER cannot make a cash payment to the BUYER, as per the agreement with the bank.

    Refunds will be processed through the relevant software, and the SELLER will transfer the total amount to the bank in cash or through offsetting as per the established procedure.

    Once the SELLER has paid the bank in a single transaction, the refund will be completed to the credit card according to the above procedure.

  3. In the event of technical or material errors during the listing of a product on the Website, such as an incorrect product price, description, or specification, the SELLER reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any collected amounts to the BUYER in accordance with relevant legislation.
  4. Under the General Communiqué on Tax Procedure Law No. 385, the return section on the invoice sent to you must be completely filled out and signed before returning the product to us along with the invoice.
  5. Promotional or discounted products provided as gifts along with the purchased product must also be returned simultaneously with the product being returned by the BUYER.
  6. In the event that the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product fee to the SELLER due to unauthorized or unlawful use of the BUYER’s credit card, debit card, or other payment methods provided on the Website by unauthorized persons not due to any fault of the BUYER, the BUYER must return the delivered product to the SELLER within 3 (three) days.
    In this case, shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.
