1. Parties

a) The website www.zeyzerjewellery.com is operated by ZEYZER JEWELRY MÜCEVHERAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, located at TÜRKALİ MAH. DİZİ SK. No:1/B, BEŞİKTAŞ / Istanbul / Türkiye (hereinafter referred to as "www.zeyzerjewellery.com").

b) The internet user who becomes a member of www.zeyzerjewellery.com ("Member").

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the conditions under which the Member will benefit from the services provided by the website www.zeyzerjewellery.com, owned and operated by ZEYZER JEWELRY MÜCEVHERAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while becoming a member of www.zeyzerjewellery.com is accurate and lawful, and that the Member shall compensate for any damages incurred by www.zeyzerjewellery.com due to the falsity of such information.

3.2. The Member shall not share the password provided by www.zeyzerjewellery.com with any third party or organization. The right to use the password belongs solely to the Member. The Member is solely responsible for any consequences arising from its unauthorized use.

3.3. The Member undertakes to comply with the applicable legal regulations while using www.zeyzerjewellery.com. The Member is solely responsible for any legal or criminal liabilities resulting from any unlawful actions.

3.4. The Member agrees not to use www.zeyzerjewellery.com for purposes that are disruptive to public order, immoral, harassing, offensive, or in violation of others’ intellectual and proprietary rights. The Member shall also not engage in activities that may prevent or hinder other users' access to services, such as spam, viruses, or trojan horses.

3.6. www.zeyzerjewellery.com shall not be held responsible for any damages to Member data or software caused by unauthorized access. The Member agrees in advance not to seek compensation for any such damages.

3.7. The Member undertakes not to access or use other users' software or data without authorization. Otherwise, the Member is solely responsible for all legal consequences.

3.8. A Member who violates any clause of this agreement shall be personally liable for any criminal and legal outcomes and shall indemnify www.zeyzerjewellery.com. In such a case, www.zeyzerjewellery.com reserves the right to seek damages.

3.9. www.zeyzerjewellery.com reserves the right to unilaterally cancel membership or delete files, documents, or information associated with the Member without prior notice.

3.10. The software and design of www.zeyzerjewellery.com are the property of ZEYZER JEWELRY MÜCEVHERAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Copyrights and all intellectual property rights are protected by law and may not be copied, used, or modified by Members without permission.

3.11. For website improvement and legal compliance, technical information such as IP addresses, internet provider details, and accessed pages may be collected.

3.12. www.zeyzerjewellery.com may use personal data to enhance services, improve products, personalize the experience, and analyze user behavior.

3.13. The Member consents to receive promotional messages, advertisements, surveys, and service offers from www.zeyzerjewellery.com and its affiliates through various communication channels, including phone, email, and SMS. 3.17. www.zeyzerjewellery.com may update or terminate this agreement without prior notice. All updates will be effective as of their publication date.

3.18. The Parties accept that all digital records of www.zeyzerjewellery.com constitute conclusive evidence under Article 287 of the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure.

3.19. By accepting this agreement, the Member consents to receive notifications via email or SMS. If the Member wishes to opt out, they may change their preferences in the “My Preferences” section.

4. Termination of the Agreement

This agreement shall remain in force until the Member cancels their membership or www.zeyzerjewellery.com terminates it. If the Member violates any provision of this agreement, www.zeyzerjewellery.com may unilaterally terminate the agreement and cancel the membership.

5. Settlement of Disputes

For any disputes arising from this agreement, the jurisdiction shall be the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.
